   Raised in Angus, and both of them proud of it, Bill has been happily married to the same wonderful woman for 27 years and they have been blessed with 3 fantastic children. Hobbies include most outdoor activities, such as fishing, hunting , hiking and golf. When you make the move to the area be sure to ask for some of the better spots for these activities. The salmon fishing and deer hunting are both excellent in the neighborhood.

    A full time Real Estate Professional for the past 19 years has given him a great deal of knowledge about this industry. He has been a consistent Top Producer in the local Real Estate field, and in fact has been a member of the Re/Max Platinum Club for 6 years. In 1999 there were only 395 members of this club in all of Canada!

    Bill has had to form a partnership with his wife J.J. so she left her career as a Community Health Nurse to get her Real Estate license in 1993, to help with the administration of his Business.  Their daughter Jenna has finished 3 years of University at Laurentian, and she graduated Cum Laude in Law and Justice. She took the course to get her Real Estate license 2 years ago and has joined the team upon graduation. This team has over 30 years of combined experience in the Real Estate field and they each bring a variety of skills with them. To better facilitate the results for our clients, we have joined forces with Lou Kelly of HomeLife/Kempenfelt-Kelly Realty Ltd., and opened a Branch office for ourselves in Angus. Lou has been a Broker–Owner in the local market place for over 25 years and the reputation of his company is second to none.     Having lived in the Essa Township area since 1966, Bill has a wide scope of knowledge about the local housing. His family lives in a small village between Barrie and Alliston, but also have lived in Newmarket, Innisfil and Angus. Bill was born into a Military family and as such has spent all of his life on or close to Military Bases. He has a personal knowledge of the trials and tribulations that can be associated with a move to a new home or a new location, and will work to make sure that the impact is negligible.
